Here to Help
I’ve experienced severe anxiety, depression, and ADHD first hand and know how painful it can be to grapple with it or watch a loved one go through mental health struggles alone. That’s why I want to introduce you to effective, research-backed techniques proven to help you take back control over negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviors getting in your way.
the methods
NLP
Neuro-linguistic programming studies the ways our thoughts affect our behavior. It looks at the ways our brains interpret the signals they receive through language (the linguistic part of NLP) and how these interpretations affect what we do. By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques help us to look at our thoughts, feelings and emotions as things we can control, rather than things that passively happen to us.
NAC
Neuro-associative conditioning is a powerful set of techniques you can use to take control of your life. Tony Robbins developed this effective system based on decades of experience working with all kinds of people and studying many different types of therapy. It’s based on neuro-linguistic programming, but takes those techniques and strategies even further, creating entirely new pathways in your brain. Neuro-associative conditioning can break self-destructive habits and change your mindset – and your life – for the better.
CBT
Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on the relationship between thoughts and behaviors. It began taking shape in the 1940s thanks to the contributions of several psychologists and is globally recognized today as an effective strategy for treating mental disorders and for overall self-improvement. CBT strategies are often used to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and addiction. At its core, CBT is based on the belief that we control how we perceive and react to events.
